How are we already heading into the last week of the first six weeks? Time is flying by, and we are so proud of all that our students have accomplished so far this year!
We invite you to join us for the Parents of Briscoe meeting on Monday, September 14, at 6:00 PM in the library. This is a great opportunity to learn more about volunteer opportunities, connect with other families, and discover ways to get involved in making Briscoe the very best it can be for our students. While you're here, come support our amazing students at the 7th Grade Football game and the Choir Concert that evening. We have so much talent at Briscoe, and our students love seeing their families and community cheering them on.
National Hispanic Heritage Month
We are excited to begin celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month next week! Throughout the week, students and staff will have the opportunity to participate in fun dress-up theme days as we recognize and celebrate the cultures, histories, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. Be sure to check out the themed dress-up schedule and join in the fun!
Attendance Matters
September is National Attendance Awareness Month, and there is no better reminder that being at school matters. Every day in class provides valuable learning opportunities, strengthens relationships, and helps students stay on track academically. As we head into the last week of the first six weeks, let's make attendance a priority and finish this grading period strong
We look forward to partnering with you as we finish the first six weeks strong and continue making Briscoe a great place for all students to learn and grow!
