Notice from Nurse Walker - Medicine Pick-Up

Parents,
If your student has kept medication with Nurse Walker in the Clinic this year, please make arrangements to pick it up before school is out. Medications such as Inhalers, Epi-pens, OTC meds like Tylenol or Zyrtec may be picked up and signed out by your student. However, most medications for the treatment of ADHD/ADD are "controlled substances" , and you will need to contact Nurse Walker to make a plan to get those medications home.
Please note that *ANY medication remaining after May 21st will be discarded. It cannot be kept over the summer or sent to another campus. Medication permission forms must be renewed each school year, and the medication brought to campus at that time. For your convenience, these forms may be found on the school's webpage under "Nurse's Notes" and completed by the doctor and parent at any time after June 1, 2026.
